The Standard Line
The standard line of steaks has been created to meet the needs of people who appreciate the distinctive taste of meat and the low fat content, which makes lean steaks extremely light and easy on the digestive system. Steaks from the standard line are selected from the best young bulls and certain types of heifers. These steaks are characterised by a clear meat texture, low or no inter-muscular fat content, i.e. no marbling, deep flavour and softness.
