Loyalty Program Regulations

1. General Provisions

1.1. The organizer of the Loyalty Program is the Steki.pl store.
1.2. The loyalty program is intended for registered and logged-in customers of the Steki.pl online store.
1.3. The program involves collecting points for purchases, which can be exchanged for products or discounts.
1.4. Participation in the program requires creating and maintaining an account in the Steki.pl store.

2. How to Collect Points?

2.1. For every 10 PLN spent on purchases, the customer receives 1 loyalty point.
2.2. Points are credited automatically only for purchases made while logged into the customer's account.
2.3. The point balance can be checked at any time after logging into the store account.

3. Validity of Points

3.1. Each earned point is valid for 14 days from the date it is awarded.
3.2. After 14 days, points expire and are automatically removed from the customer's account.

4. Redeeming Points for Products

4.1. Points can be redeemed for products only when making a purchase.
4.2. The minimum cart value when redeeming points for products is 250 PLN, paid in monetary funds.
4.3. Products available for points are visible after logging into the account.
4.4. Each product redeemed for points requires a symbolic additional payment of 1 PLN.
4.6. Points can only be redeemed for products when placing an order that includes at least one regularly purchased product.
4.7. 1 loyalty point is equivalent to 1 PLN.

5. Additional Points for Reviews

5.1. A customer can receive 5 additional points for submitting a review of a purchased product.
5.2. Points for a review are awarded automatically after the review is approved by the Steki.pl store administrator.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The organizer – Steki.pl store – reserves the right to change the regulations at any time.
6.2. Changes take effect upon publication on the store's website.
6.3. Participation in the program signifies acceptance of these regulations.
