The dry-aged steaks in our store undergo a meticulous aging process, giving them a refined taste and delicate texture. This exceptional method fully brings out the culinary potential of the beef. Dry-aged steaks aged for a minimum of 30 days are known not only for their subtle tenderness but also for their characteristic nutty and buttery notes, highly prized by connoisseurs. The aging process in our cold rooms ensures the highest quality and safety, resulting in beef full of flavor and aroma, ideal for gourmet enthusiasts.
We offer four lines of dry-aged steaks:
Special: Low-fat steaks, aged for a minimum of 21 days, with a marbling score of 1-2.
Standard: Intense flavor, aged for a minimum of 30 days, with a marbling score of 2-3.
Premium: Versatile steaks with a delicate structure, aged for a minimum of 30 days, with a marbling score of 4-7.
Extra Marbled: For connoisseurs, aged for a minimum of 30 days, with a marbling score of 8-11, offering a buttery texture.
