What steak lines are available?
Our classic selection of dry-aged steaks includes three main lines: Standard, Premium, and Extra Marble. All of them are based on premium-quality beef and undergo a minimum dry-aging period of 30 days. The key difference lies in their level of marbling:

Designed for beef lovers who enjoy an intense flavor and lean meat. Steaks from the Standard line are light and easy to digest, coming from young bulls and selected heifers. With little to no marbling, they offer a soft texture and satisfying depth of flavor.
Premium Line
These steaks strike a balance between everyday enjoyment and fine dining excellence. A favorite among professional chefs, Premium steaks are ideal for family dinners and gatherings with friends. Selected from well-fed cows and heifers with excellent intramuscular fat infiltration, they’re known for their tender structure and deep, sweet, almost nutty flavor enhanced by a 30-day dry-aging process.
Extra Marble Line
For true connoisseurs seeking unforgettable flavor and texture. Steaks in this line come from rare, carefully bred cattle with genetically predisposed high marbling – akin to the legendary Japanese Kobe beef. Buttery, melt-in-your-mouth consistency and an unmatched natural taste make this line a must-try for gourmet steak lovers.

A limited-edition selection curated by our head butcher Mateusz. These are premium, dry-aged steaks selected from the finest beef in Poland, aged for over 100 days.
