When selecting beef steaks, it's worth paying attention to the division into different lines, catering to various taste preferences and culinary needs. We offer four lines: Special, Standard, Premium, and Extra Marble. Each of them provides unique features of the beef – from light and affordable steaks to exquisite pieces for the most demanding connoisseurs.

Dry-aged steaks are a true feast for lovers of excellent beef. The meat matures in precisely controlled conditions, gaining exceptional tenderness and rich flavor. Our steaks, dry-aged for at least 30 days, stand out for their delicacy and distinct nutty-buttery notes appreciated by real gourmets.
We offer four lines of dry-aged steaks:
Special: Low-fat steaks, aged for a minimum of 21 days, with a marbling score of 1-2.
Standard: Intense flavor, aged for a minimum of 30 days, with a marbling score of 2-3.
Premium: Versatile steaks with a delicate structure, aged for a minimum of 30 days, with a marbling score of 4-7.
Extra Marble: For connoisseurs, aged for a minimum of 30 days, with a marbling score of 8-11, offering a buttery texture.
