Porterhouse Standard Sirloin Steak – try it and appreciate it
Most meat enthusiasts hold beef in high regard – and for good reason. High-quality beef holds incredible culinary potential. Beef steaks are true grill classics and a foundation of barbecue culture. Every seasoned Grill Master knows the details that differentiate beef cuts. If you're looking for a great steak, focus on the beef center cuts – entrecôte, tenderloin, and sirloin. It’s from the latter that we get our dry-aged Porterhouse steak.
What exactly is sirloin? It’s the natural continuation of the entrecôte, forming the upper part of the hindquarter’s lumbar-abdominal section. Why does Porterhouse sirloin steak make your taste buds sing? Because sirloin is ideal for grilling – tender and flavorful. And for those new to beef, it’s usually leaner than entrecôte.
Porterhouse – a steak that satisfies serious appetites
Dreaming of the perfect American-style backyard cookout? Smiling guests and a proud grillmaster? Porterhouse sirloin steak is the way to make that dream come true. There are many sirloin cuts – boneless like New York, or bone-in like Kansas, T-bone, and Porterhouse. Kansas steaks are the easiest to recognize thanks to their small bone. But what’s the difference between a T-bone and a Porterhouse?
The T-bone features a signature T-shaped bone and only a small tenderloin section. The Porterhouse includes a larger portion of tenderloin, making it a bigger, more luxurious cut. Our Standard line Porterhouse steaks are cut from the end of the sirloin and are truly generous portions – you can order 450 g, 550 g, 650 g, or even 1.5 kg. Perfect for sharing with a couple or your favorite foodie – their appetites will thank you!
Dry-aged Porterhouse steak – taste just how delicious beef can be
Our Porterhouse steaks come from top-quality Polish beef supplied by CHOBOT Meat Jan Ludwiniak. The amazing flavor and aroma of our steaks are the result of both excellent meat and the careful dry-aging process in controlled conditions.
Each Porterhouse steak from the Standard line is dry-aged. This process makes the meat incredibly tender and intensifies its flavor and aroma. Each bite is pure pleasure – and beware, your guests might ask for seconds!
Standard Line – enjoy the full meaty taste of Porterhouse
As beef enthusiasts, we know how important marbling is. But for those who prefer steaks with less fat and a clean, meaty structure, we created the Standard line. These Porterhouse steaks feature marbling levels of just 2 to 3 out of 11.
