1. Standard Courier Delivery

We offer reliable and secure courier delivery throughout Poland, with no geographical restrictions. Your order is packed using special NRC thermal foil and cooling gel packs, which help maintain the proper temperature during transit. Both the foil and gel packs are reusable — perfect for picnics or home use.

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday, using trusted courier services like UPS and DPD.

Courier shipping within Poland: UPS or DPD – safe delivery across the entire country.

There are no delivery restrictions — we ship to any location in Poland.
Each order is packed in a specialized cardboard box with cooling inserts, enclosed in an NRC thermal bag.

Important: You can reuse the NRC bag and gel packs — just refreeze the inserts before the next use.

2. DPD Food – Refrigerated Delivery

We offer modern refrigerated delivery through DPD Food, available in major cities and surrounding areas. The service covers Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Łódź, Tricity, Hel, Wrocław, Katowice, Toruń, and Bydgoszcz.
Your order is packed in a sturdy cardboard box, with no additional thermal packaging needed.

DPD Food ensures safe food delivery through a monitored cold chain!

• Delivery available in: Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Łódź, Tricity, Hel, Wrocław, Katowice, Toruń, Bydgoszcz

• Orders are delivered in refrigerated vehicles under constant temperature control

• Deliveries arrive by 8:00 PM, from Tuesday to Friday

3. Goodspeed – Professional Nighttime Delivery in Controlled Temperature

We offer cutting-edge nighttime refrigerated delivery via Goodspeed, the largest cold-chain logistics provider for the food industry in Poland. Goodspeed ensures temperature-controlled deliveries to over 6,000 locations nationwide.

Orders are delivered in refrigerated vehicles equipped with real-time GPS temperature monitoring.

• Contactless overnight delivery between 01:30 and 08:00 AM, directly to your doorstep — no need to wait at home

• Delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday

4. InPost – Convenient and Safe Delivery to Parcel Lockers (Paczkomat) Nationwide

We also offer delivery via InPost, Poland’s leading parcel locker service and the first to build a nationwide network of 24/7 self-service collection points.

There are no location restrictions — delivery is available across Poland.
Each order is packed in a specialized cardboard box with cooling inserts inside an NRC thermal bag.

Important: Due to high temperatures, please collect your parcel as soon as possible. We strongly recommend picking it up within 3 hours of delivery. If it arrives the same day it was shipped, do not delay.

We guarantee delivery quality only for parcels collected within 3 hours of placement in the locker.

You can reuse the thermal bag and gel packs — simply refreeze the inserts.

Important Information:

• For delivery issues, contact us at sklep@steki.pl

• Our products are never frozen — each order is freshly prepared by our butcher on the day of dispatch.

• Upon receiving your order, immediately transfer the products to your refrigerator (preferably on the bottom shelf) and set the temperature to 2–3°C.

• Changing the delivery address directly with the courier may delay your shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for such delays and cannot process complaints in such cases.

• For InPost deliveries, prompt pickup is essential as we sell fresh products.
