Birthday Contest Regulations

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE STEKI.PL BIRTHDAY CONTEST

1.
[General Provisions]

1. The contest is organized by the Seller (“Organizer”) under the name “Steki.pl Birthday Contest” (“Contest”), on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of the Steki.pl brand. The participants of the Contest may be Buyers purchasing Products in the Store who have created an Account in the Store (“Participants”).
2. Terms not defined in these Contest Terms and Conditions (“Contest Terms”) shall have the meaning given to them in the Store’s general Terms and Conditions, available here: [Regulamin - Steki.pl] (“Terms and Conditions”).
3. The Contest Terms are available at: [https://steki.pl/urodzinyregulamin].
4. The Contest is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
5. The Contest Partner is Flora Point Group sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Mrówcza 212, 04-697 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register under number: KRS 0000873567, NIP 9522154362, REGON 366015647, operating the online store: GRILLE WEBER Official Store | Top-Grille.

[Participation and Timeline]

To participate in the Contest, you must:

1. Entries that do not meet the criteria outlined in the above table will not be considered.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude:

• Entries that do not meet the Contest Terms or were submitted in violation of these Terms;

• Entries that contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content;

• Entries that infringe the rights of third parties, including personal rights or copyrights;

• Entries that promote brands or logos other than the eligible Products.

  [Evaluation Criteria and Winner Selection]

1. The Contest winner(s) will be selected on July 18, 2025, by a panel consisting of representatives of the Seller and the Steki.pl brand ambassador (“Jury”).
2. The Jury will evaluate entries based on the following criteria:

• Aesthetics and dish composition;

• Creativity and originality in preparation and presentation;

• Visual form (photo/video quality, storytelling, etc.);

• Consistency with the Steki.pl brand idea and aesthetics.

1. Winners will be notified via the email address linked to their Account and must confirm their purchase of Products through their Account. Failure to confirm the purchase will result in disqualification.

1. Prizes will be delivered to winners via the delivery methods available in the Store, after delivery details are confirmed with each winner. The Organizer will cover shipping costs.
2. Prize dispatch will take place on July 21, 2025.
3. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash equivalents.
4. Prizes exceeding PLN 2,000 in value are subject to a 10% flat-rate income tax in accordance with Art. 30(1)(2) and Art. 21(1)(68) of the Polish Personal Income Tax Act of July 26, 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 163). In such cases, the winners will also receive a cash award equal to 11.11% of the value of the Prize to cover the tax. The winners agree to the Organizer transferring the cash portion directly to the tax authority and to provide all information necessary for the Organizer to fulfill its tax and reporting obligations.

[Additional Provisions]

1. The Organizer is the controller of the Participants’ personal data. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of organizing the Contest, including but not limited to selecting winners and distributing prizes (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as for the Organizer’s legitimate interests such as handling complaints and defending against legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2. The personal data of winners will also be processed for tax purposes related to the Prize (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. For other aspects of personal data processing, the Store’s Privacy Policy shall apply.
4. Complaints about Contest results are handled by the Jury and must be submitted within 14 days of the results announcement, in writing or via email, to the Organizer’s contact details provided in the Terms and Conditions. Complaints must include the Participant’s name, address, and the reason for the complaint along with justification. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
5. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including:

• Requesting dispute resolution before the permanent consumer arbitration court at the relevant provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection;

• Requesting mediation at the provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection.

1. Consumers can also seek free assistance from local (municipal) consumer ombudsmen or consumer rights organizations (e.g. Consumer Federation, Polish Consumer Association).
2. Detailed information about out-of-court dispute resolution options can be found on the websites of relevant institutions, particularly at: [https://www.uokik.gov.pl/pozasadowe_rozwiazywanie_sporow_konsumenckich.php].
3. Participation in out-of-court procedures is voluntary and possible only after the complaint process is completed.
4. Any matters not regulated in the Contest Terms shall be governed by the general Terms and Conditions.
