T-bone Premium steak – a favorite for sirloin and tenderloin lovers
It’s hard to find meat with as many devoted fans as beef. There are many reasons for its popularity, but one stands out: juicy grilled steaks! Experts say the best steaks come from the beef loin, composed of three premium cuts: entrecôte, sirloin, and tenderloin. The T-bone Premium steak comes from the sirloin and tenderloin – the sirloin being a natural extension of the entrecôte and part of the upper loin-abdominal section of the hindquarter. What defines sirloin? Above all, tenderness and delicacy, making it ideal for grilling. The same goes for our Premium T-bone steak – once grilled to your preferred doneness, it will impress both beef lovers and those less experienced.
T-bone steak straight from a Polish producer – committed to quality
Excellent meat and a characteristic T-shaped bone – this beautiful combination defines the T-bone steak. Note that in this cut, the tenderloin is a small portion, which helps distinguish it from the Porterhouse steak, which features a larger tenderloin section. Sirloin lovers will also enjoy two other cuts without tenderloin:
- New York – boneless steak,
- Kansas – steak with a small bone.

T-bone beef steak – experience the unique flavor of dry-aged beef
Where do we source our beef? It comes from the renowned Polish producer CHOBOT Meat Jan Ludwiniak. For steaks, dry aging plays a key role alongside meat quality. This process involves aging meat in precisely controlled conditions for several weeks. It tenderizes the meat and intensifies its flavor and aroma, making each bite a delight for grill enthusiasts. The quality of our Premium T-bone steak must be experienced – ideally with friends and family.
Premium Line T-bone steak – deep flavor and tender texture
Steak connoisseurs know that marbling – the intramuscular fat infiltration – is one of the key qualities when choosing steak meat. The higher the marbling, the richer the flavor and the more refined the texture. Our Premium T-bone steaks feature a high marbling level of 5–7, giving them exceptional tenderness and an intriguing, deep flavor.
